Eric was born in Castle Hayne and has lived in NC his whole life. His love for construction began as a child when he watched his dad complete an addition to their home. He has worked in construction the last 18 years and started his own company, Hines Custom Homes LLC, in 2019. Eric’s favorite part of the building process is seeing the site cleared and foundation poured as the project comes to life. He has an eye for detail and an amazing memory of the building specifications. He’s continuously researching and seeking education to create the best product with new and innovative supplies and products. He and his wife moved to Hampstead in 2016. When he isn’t building homes, you’ll find him busy trying to keep up with his three young daughters and two dogs. He is an avid golfer and loves to play basketball in the Surf City recreational league. He would love to help you create your forever home.
